  • Most people adjust fully within 30–60 nights

How the Comfort Promise Works

Nights 1–60: Adjustment & Settling

This is your comfort adjustment period.

  • Sleep on your mattress every night

  • Allow your body to adapt to improved support

  • Let the mattress materials fully settle

Feeling different at first is completely normal — and expected with premium mattresses.


Nights 60–90: Comfort Fine-Tuning

If after 60 nights something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Simply reach out to our support team and we’ll:

  • Talk through what you’re experiencing

  • Recommend solutions such as:

    • A comfort topper

    • Setup or usage adjustments

Our goal is simple: better sleep, not unnecessary returns.


Still Not Right?

If, after working through comfort adjustments, your mattress still isn’t right for you:

  • A return may be arranged

  • A refund will be issued minus collection and transportation costs

  • The mattress must be:

    • Clean and hygienic

    • Used with a mattress protector

    • Free from stains or damage

We always aim to be fair, reasonable, and transparent.


Hygiene & Care

For everyone’s health and safety:

  • Please use a mattress protector from day one

  • Mattresses showing stains, damage, or hygiene issues cannot be returned
