Terms of service

These Terms govern purchases from Milli Mattress (operated by ESCAPE PLAN DEVELOPMENTS IFZO) within the United Arab Emirates. Key points:

100-night comfort trial: return your mattress at any point during the 100 nights for a full refund — we arrange free collection, no restocking fee. The mattress must be clean, undamaged and used with a mattress protector.
Delivery: UAE only. In-stock sizes ship free next-day; out-of-stock sizes arrive in approximately 4 weeks.
Pricing & payment: prices in AED including VAT where applicable; payment in full at purchase.
Manufacturing defects: we repair or replace products with factory defects in materials or workmanship, per UAE consumer protection law. Normal softening, preference-based dissatisfaction, misuse and commercial use are not covered.
Refunds: processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of collection.
Governed by UAE law; UAE courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
