These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milli Mattresses website (“Website”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) from Milli Mattresses (“we”, “us”, “our”) within the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


1. ABOUT MILLI MATTRESSES

Milli Mattresses is an online retailer of premium mattresses and sleep products, operating within the United Arab Emirates. All Products are sold for personal, domestic use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to all future purchases.


2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in the United Arab Emirates

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.


3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

3.1 Product Information

  • All descriptions, images, firmness ratings, and dimensions are provided for guidance only.

  • Mattress comfort (e.g. soft, medium, firm) is subjective and may vary by individual.

  • Minor variations in size, colour, or finish may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations do not constitute a defect.


4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery, handling, or special access charges may be listed separately.

4.2 Payment

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

  • We use third-party payment providers and may require additional verification (e.g. 3D Secure).

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.


5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

5.2 Delivery Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate delivery address details

  • Safe and reasonable access to the delivery location

  • Lift access or stair clearance where applicable

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Stair carry

  • Restricted access

  • Failed or rescheduled deliveries

5.3 Risk & Ownership

  • Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery.

  • Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.


6. COMFORT PERIOD & RETURNS FRAMEWORK

Milli Mattresses operates a structured comfort and adjustment program, not a “no-questions-asked” trial.

6.1 Mandatory Comfort Period (Nights 0–60)

  • All mattresses require a minimum adjustment period of sixty (60) nights.

  • During this time:

    • Returns are not permitted

    • Natural softening and body adaptation are expected

  • This period allows your body to adjust and the mattress materials to settle.

Discomfort during this phase does not indicate a defect.


6.2 Adjustment & Resolution Period (Nights 60–90)

Between nights 61 and 90, if you are experiencing comfort issues:

  1. You must contact our customer support team

  2. We will assess the concern and may offer:

    • A comfort topper

    • Usage or positioning guidance

    • Other reasonable adjustments

These steps are mandatory before any return is considered.


6.3 Returns After Adjustment Efforts

If, after reasonable adjustment attempts, the mattress is deemed unsuitable:

  • A return may be approved at our discretion

  • Refunds will be issued minus:

    • Collection and transportation costs

    • Any provided accessories not returned in original condition

Returned mattresses must:

  • Be free from stains, odours, or damage

  • Have been used with a mattress protector

  • Meet hygiene and safety standards


7. UNOPENED PRODUCTS

  • Unopened, unused mattresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Refunds are subject to:

    • A restocking fee

    • Return transport costs

Products must be returned in original, sealed packaging.


8. HYGIENE & USAGE REQUIREMENTS

For health and safety reasons:

  • A mattress protector must be used at all times

  • We will not accept returns for mattresses that are:

    • Stained

    • Soiled

    • Damaged

    • Infested

    • Unsanitary

Failure to comply voids return eligibility.


9. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WARRANTY

9.1 Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only

  • Valid for [insert warranty period, e.g. 10 years] from delivery date

9.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal softening or comfort changes

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Improper bed bases

  • Physical damage or misuse

  • Commercial or rental use


10. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Delivery, handling, and transport fees are non-refundable unless required by law


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses


12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs delays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Natural events

  • Government actions


13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Milli Mattresses and may not be used without written permission.


14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
