We will always endeavour to deliver your mattress as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of progress where relevant.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics, or external factors.
3. DELIVERY PROCESS

4. DELIVERY DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
On delivery, please:

Inspect the mattress and packaging

Report any visible damage immediately or within 24 hours
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your ability to make a claim.
5. CHANGES, DELAYS & COMMUNICATION
If there is any delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

We will notify you where possible

You may choose to:

Continue waiting for delivery, or

Request a full refund if the mattress has not yet been delivered

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery and receive a full refund, provided that:

The mattress has not been delivered

The delivery process has not been completed
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address details

No one available to receive the delivery

Refusal without prior cancellation
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, or the order may be treated as a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. RISK & OWNERSHIP
