We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. If your location has restricted access or special requirements, let us know in advance so we can assist.

In-Stock Sizes
- Free next-day delivery — order today, sleep on it tomorrow
Out-of-Stock Sizes
- Ordered in for you and delivered within approximately 4 weeks
Timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to logistics or factors outside our control — if anything changes, we'll keep you informed.
3. How Your Mattress Arrives
Compressed and rolled in a box — easy to bring up the stairs, into the lift and through doorways. Standard delivery is free, with no hidden charges.
- Our team or delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable time
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
- Please ensure clear access to the property
Additional charges may apply for repeated failed or refused delivery attempts.
4. On Delivery Day
- Inspect the mattress and packaging
- Report any visible damage within 24 hours so we can put it right quickly
5. Delays & Cancellations
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, we'll notify you. You may keep waiting or cancel for a full refund at any time before delivery. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
