Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident buying your mattress online. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in a clear and fair way.


1. Unopened & Unused Mattresses

If your mattress is unused, unopened, and still sealed:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • You will receive a refund minus:

    • A restocking fee

    • Return transportation costs

The mattress must be returned in its original packaging and condition.


2. 90-Night Comfort Program

All Milli Mattresses include a 90-night comfort program, designed to help your body adjust and ensure you get the right level of comfort.

Nights 0–60: Adjustment Period

  • Your body and the mattress need time to adapt

  • Returns are not accepted during the first 60 nights

  • This is normal and expected for all premium mattresses


Nights 60–90: Comfort Adjustment Window

If you’re still uncomfortable after 60 nights:

  1. Contact our support team

  2. We’ll work with you to improve comfort, which may include:

    • A comfort topper

    • Usage or setup guidance

Our goal is to help you sleep better before considering a return.


3. Returns After Comfort Adjustments

If, after reasonable comfort adjustments, the mattress is still not suitable:

  • A return may be approved

  • Approved refunds will be issued minus:

    • Collection and transportation costs

    • Any non-returned accessories

Returned mattresses must:

  • Be clean and hygienic

  • Have been used with a mattress protector

  • Show no stains, odours, or damage


4. Hygiene & Usage Requirements

For health and safety reasons:

  • A mattress protector must be used at all times

  • We cannot accept returns for mattresses that are:

    • Stained or soiled

    • Damaged

    • Unsanitary or infested


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law
